Service Delivery Policy

Digital service — no physical shipping

We do not sell or ship any physical goods. Our service is the building, hosting, and ongoing management of a custom AI employee for your business, delivered entirely online.

How and when your service is delivered

• After your setup fee is received and we have the information we need, we begin building and training your AI employee.
• Initial setup is typically completed within 7–14 business days, depending on scope, integrations, and how quickly required content and access are provided.
• Once ready, your AI employee is deployed to your chosen channels (for example, WhatsApp, website, or lead forms) and begins operating.
• The ongoing monthly service — hosting, management, and improvements — runs continuously for as long as your plan is active.

Confirmation and access

We keep you updated over email or WhatsApp during setup and confirm when your AI employee is live. Any account or dashboard access is shared with your registered email or phone number.
